I’d turned on Bitwarden’s autofill-on-page-load setting for the obvious reason. I wanted my password manager to do its job before I had to think about it. Visit a login page, watch the fields populate, keep moving. After a while, though, I noticed how little attention I was paying to the page itself. My credentials could appear before I had even properly checked the URL.
